The Artery is an artist owned and operated cooperative gallery of Fine Art and Contemporary Crafts. Founded in 1974, our mission is to provide public access to high quality artisan-made work created by our 50+ members. Open Monday - Saturday 10:00 am – 6:00 pm, Sunday 12:00 – 5:00 pm

This weekend long open studio event is a perfect opportunity to visit artists in their creative environments. Listings of participants will be provided.
Encaustic Workshop
This is an introduction to Encaustics workshop by Thelma Weatherford. The workshop will take place at Thelma’s studio space at Arboretum Artworks, 17 Arboretum Drive, Davis, CA. The cost is $220.00 per person and includes all supplies. Space is limited. Please email Thelma at ThelmaLW@gmail.com for availability or to inquire about future classes.

We’re a working artists collective featuring ten artists in two suites. Artists in attendance include Thelma Weatherford, Cathie James-Robinson, Joel Bresolin, Ginger Joyce, Judy Catamby, Charlene Akers, Mark Ellsberry and Schorre’ Chevalier Oldham.
Pence Gallery Open Studio Preview
The Pence Gallery is hosting a special gallery show as part of the 2024 Davis Art Studio Tour. The Opening Reception will be held at the Pence Gallery on March 8th beginning at 6:00 pm.
